During the last week of their term, the board must complete the following checklist:
- Assign new board as Facebook (group, page, Housing groups, Brothers/Sisters groups) admins and remove current board
- Update board@msa.berkeley.edu and other email forwarding domains
- Tidy up and share UCBMSA drive with new board
- Transfer Slack ownership
- Update sharing settings on Google Calendar
- Add new board to callink roster and have them apply to be signatories and remove current board members
- Have new board request Eshleman Hall After Hours Access
- Assign new Treasurer and President as budget admins on Divvy
- Have new Treasurer and President apply to be Finance Agents
- Order MSA credit cards for new board members
- Update board pictures on website about page
- Invite new board to Hubspot
