The University offers a number of options for Registered Student Organizations looking to reserve space for all kinds of activities ranging from weekly meetings to day-long conferences. The table below lists what website you should use to book various locations.

In order to access most of the following room reservation resources, you will need to be designated as an active Signatory. For instructions on how to become a Signatory, reference this document:
One Stop Shop is managed by Event Services. Eshleman Conference Rooms, Large Indoor Venues, and Large Outdoor Venues can be reserved through One Stop Shop.
The person reserving the space must be an active Signatory.
Second and third floor Eshleman Hall conference rooms and cubicle spaces are locked and require badged entry. In order to be able to use your Cal1Card to enter your reserved conference rooms or our cubicle spaces, you will need to request After Hours Access by following the instructions linked below.
The board should make these instructions publicly available to all our community members so that they can also utilize our cubicle space and enter conference rooms for committee meetings.
25Live is managed through the Office of Registrar. General assignment classrooms and lecture halls (in Dwinelle, Barrows, Wheeler, etc.) can be reserved through 25Live.
You must submit a request via 25Live in order to reserve GA Classrooms. Requests to reserve these space may be submitted as early as 2 months before the start of each semester and no later than 3 business days prior to the event date.
Requests are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis so try to submit a request as early as possible!

These venues are usually booked far in advance. Book at least 6-12 months before your event!
Hearst Gym spaces may be reserved for activities such as atheletic events. The person reserving the space must be an active Signatory.
You do not need to follow these instructions to reserve 237 Hearst Gym for weekly Friday Prayer. Friday Prayer reservations are paid for and managed by university administration. For more information visit this wiki page.
