For many, try to call at least a day in advance and go in person to place a payment. By creating a facebook event page for your social you can guesstimate how many people will turn up, and plan accordingly. A go-to easy option is Domino’s (however a car is needed). They have a 3-topping large pizza for $7.99 that’s great for watch parties and last minute orders. Make sure to make a dominos account so you can order online or on your phone easily (for pizza, multiply the number of people you think will come by 2, then divide by 8. That’s roughly how many pizzas you will need). For welcome dinners, an estimate of 80 brothers and 40 sisters usually works out really well.
